  yes, of course, you can start from a sample order before bulk order.

   

• 2. What about the lead time?

  sample/small order 3-5 working days, bulk order 7-15 working days.

• 3. Do you have any MOQ limit?

  Actually MOQ 50 or 100 pcs.

   

• 4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

  We ship the goods by DHL, Fedex, UPS etc. It takes 7-10 working days. We can ship by sea or railway, too, it takes 20-25 working days.

   

• 5. How to proceed an order?

  We will start production after got your payment from T/T, Paypal or Western Union.

   

• 6. Is it OK to print my logo and change package?

  Yes, logo and package are customized.

   

• 7. Do you offer guarantee for the products?

• 8. How to deal with the faulty?

  We will give you support within 1 hour if there are something happened on the products.
