The R58 is a one-dimensional/two-dimensional code/13.56M/125Khz contactless RFID Sticker Reader and barcode scanner based on barcode recognition, and RFID radio frequency identification technology and combined with Bluetooth communication. Not only low power consumption, standby time can be up to 3 years, changes the traditional way of transmission of data lines, also does not need to load additional power supply (the card reader brings a lithium battery), only needs to receive Bluetooth and card reader Bluetooth pairing successfully, you can directly bar code data /RFID card UID number, via Bluetooth uploaded to the device receiving end.

How to connect

This product is available in two connection modes, wireless 2.4g and Bluetooth

The wireless 2.4g connection method is as follows:

• Press and hold the scanner on key to power on
• Connect the wireless receiver to the device’s usb port.
• Open the appropriate software on the device to scan the entry.

The Bluetooth connection method is as follows:

• Press and hold the scanner on key to power on
• Turn on Bluetooth on your phone or other device and search for Bluetooth devices.
• Find a device named SYC Bluetooth and click Connect.
• Pair successfully with a “drop” sound, and the white light is always on.

Precautions

The reader only reads RF cards and barcodes, including 13.56M and 125Khz EM cards, one-dimensional codes, and two-dimensional codes, and does not support reading Bluetooth card data (Bluetooth card band is 2.4G);

When you swipe to read card data, please switch the input method of your phone or other platform to English state in order to more complete output card data;

The way to read the card, it is recommended that the card is lying close to the card reader naturally, with the card from the side quickly crossed the card reading method is not desirable, which does not guarantee the success of the swipe card.

The configured data cable does not have a communication function and is limited to charging the card reader, which cannot use the data cable to upload data to the operating platform.

There are more factors affecting the reading distance, because of the use of different protocols, different antenna designs, the surrounding environment (mainly metal) and different cards, etc., will affect the actual reading distance;

The reader brings its own sleep system. When the reader is not in use, the 60S automatically hibernates, if you need to turn it back on, press the button again, and the reader can re-enter the working state.
